Our precious living world transformed through a dazzling display of light, fire and live performance

Over four nights international sky theatre masters Groupe F lit up Burswood Park with a new immersive experience created with leading Noongar artists especially for EverNow 2024.

Audiences were inspired by the beauty and wonder of From the Light Flow: Bena Koorliny (light travelling) as nature glowed and flourished in a series of dazzling towers of light, larger-than-life illuminations, flame and epic performance on the banks of the Derbarl Yerrigan/Swan River. The event celebrated the biodiversity of this place and the precious harmony of our natural world with this hypnotising light and sound spectacle.

Known for their extraordinary productions of sky theatre and explosive light shows, Groupe F are a creative company like no other. After transforming the Paris night sky for Bastille Day earlier in the year, these French masters of light and fire created this Australian exclusive. They worked closely with one of Australia’s leading Aboriginal performers and musicians, Dr Richard Walley OAM alongside Noongar storyteller and artist Alton Walley, to bring their latest monumental outdoor public performance to Perth.
